Clorox has rejected Carl Icahn’s proposed $12.6 billion offer for its acquisition, Financial Times reports. Icahn had offered to buy the U.S. household product maker for $76.50 per unit.
The deal also required Clorox to demand higher price from a corporate buyer. P&G, Colgate, Reckitt Benckiser, Kimberly-Clark and Henkel were among other bidders for the company.
