San Bernardino County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association (SBCERA) has appointed Norm Ruggles as its first CEO, Pensions & Investments reports. He will be active in his new role effectively from July 6, 2011.
Currently, Ruggles is associated with Pension Trustee Advisors, where he is vice president. The search for the CEO was assisted by executive search firm, EFL Associates.
