CalPERS is searching for a new real estate (RE) investment consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. The $235.9 billion system has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the same. The new firm will replace Pension Consulting Alliance, whose contract will expire on December 31. Interested candidates are allowed to submit their applications by September 7.
