Nori Gerardo Lietz, a managing director with real estate advisory firm Partners Group, is setting up her own firm Arete Capital, Pensions & Investments reports. The new firm will offer to large institutions services such as analyzing and putting transactions together and assisting with workouts.
Lietz has also co-founded investment consultancy Pension Consulting Alliance. It was not immediately known who will replace Leitz at Partners Group.
