OTC Global Holdings’ unit, CHOICE Power, has set up its Northeast power desk. The team, comprising eight brokers and specializing in wholesale fixed price power for PJM, NEPOOL and NYPP, will serve clients across the region, including banks, hedge funds, end-users, energy companies and utilities.
The company has appointed IVG Energy’s Andrew Gizienski and Kyle Schultz to head the Northeast power desk. Gizienski and Schultz will be joined by Mike Feeley and Brian Vooletich, previously with CHOICE Power, Howard Fishman from IVG Energy, Chris McQuade and Ken Malpeli from GFI Group and Lex Mills from Power Merchants Group.
