NorthMarq Capital has arranged first mortgage financing of $180 million for the Woods and Cherrywood Apartments, GlobeSt reports. Freddie Mac provided the loan to the borrowers, the Woods and Cherry Avenue Development.
The new credit facility is a full-term interest-only loan, which also has an option of expansion. Through the expansion facility, the loan amount can be increased by 25% in future.
