UBS Global Asset Management (UBS GAM) has appointed Liz Ward as head of its institutional and wholesale operations in Europe, Financial News reports. She will be responsible for the management and development of all aspects of the firm’s European operation and managing the funds distributed by third parties.
In her new role, Ward will be based in London and report to Chairman and CEO of the firm, John Fraser. Ward joined UBS GAM in 2007 as global head of capabilities management for fixed income.
