IK Investment Partners is selling a stake in the French building fasteners and fixing systems manufacturer and distributor Etanco. Private equity-focused international investor 3i will be the new owner of Etanco. Financial details of the transaction, which is pending anti-trust approvals, have not been disclosed. IK acquired Etanco in 2008 in partnership with Ronan Lebraut from his family.
