Manning & Napier Advisors has named James Mikolaichik as CFO. As a part of the firm’s senior leadership team, he will manage finance related functions along with planning and corporate development. Most recently, Mikolaichik has worked as executive vice president and strategic head at Old Mutual Asset Management (Omam). He also served at Deloitte & Touche as consultant and financial adviser.
