Marlborough Fund Managers is considering launching a property fund that will invest in professional street commercial property across the U.K., Financial Times reports. The product will aim at high street property in U.K. towns.
The firm is considering either to appoint a fund management team to manage the fund or outsource the management. The outsourcing arrangement can take the same form as the firm’s current deal with small-cap expert Giles Hargeaves, who manages the £383.5 million Marlborough Special Situations fund.
