Terra Firma’s Italian solar power company, Rete Rinnovabile (RTR), has acquired 19 megawatts of photovoltaic assets, The Wall Street Journal reports. The private equity firm’s subsidiary bought the asset form Italian energy company, Sorgenia.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. London-based Terra Firma acquired RTR from the Italian high-voltage grid operator, Terna, in March for €641 million.
