The MassMutual Retirement Services Division has appointed Carl Steinhilber and Roderick Toppin to support its nonprofit retirement plan market. Steinhlber joined the company as a national nonprofit practice leader for its retirement services business. Toppin joined the company as managing director serving the nonprofit market in the eastern region.
The pair, who joined from ING’s retirement services business, will provide product, investment, market and technical expertise for the company’s distribution channel relationships and customers in the nonprofit market.
