Towers Watson has expanded its talent and rewards team with the addition of a senior executive. The global professional services firm has appointed Mitch Barnes as a senior consultant in the Southeast region. Barnes will assist organizations with all aspects of employee rewards, including compensation and total rewards strategy, base pay and variable pay plan design, sales compensation and job leveling. He joins Tower Watson from Mercer, where he was a principal in the human capital practice.
