BNY Mellon Names Asia Pacific CEO

Alan Harden has joined BNY Mellon Asset Management as CEO of Asia-Pacific.

Alan Harden has joined BNY Mellon Asset Management as CEO of Asia-Pacific, The Asset reports. Based in Hong Kong, he will work under Curtis Arledge, vice chairman of the bank and CEO of its investment management unit.

Harden, who will handle all distribution, strategic, financial and operating plans and business development in the region for the firm, has also been appointed as a member of BNY Mellon’s executive committee. Previously, he served at ING Investment Management as CEO of Asia Pacific operations.
