Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (BofA) head of debt capital markets for Asia-Pacific Michael Luk has stepped down from his role, Bloomberg reports. BofA’s head of corporate finance and structured equity-linked products Andrew Cooper has also left the bank.
The duo, based in Hong Kong, is not expected to be replaced. Luk, who joined BofA from Deutsche Bank in May last year, was recently heading the bank’s G3 debt business, adds FinanceAsia.
