Techno Brain, a software solutions provider in Africa, U.S. and India, has provided self-service information KIOSKS to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Tanzania, Your Story reports. KIOSK has an in-built biometric-based security feature that prevents misuse of services by non-members and protects privacy of confidential member information. Through the solution, NSSF members will be able to get access to their account details and conduct transactions in both English and the Swahili languages. The solution offers inspectors and officers with time and bandwidth to allocate time for attending important service requests.
