Votorantim Group’s financial services unit Banco Votorantim is looking to raise nearly $768 million for three Brazilian private equity funds, Bloomberg reports. The products will invest in small hydroelectric projects, biomass plants and wind farms. Votorantim Asset Management, a unit of Banco Votorantim, will manage the funds. Votorantim hopes to raise a minimum of $319.1 million for the funds. The offering will be managed by the fund managing subsidiary of Rio de Janeiro-based Banco do Brasil and Banco Votorantim.
