U.S. Bancorp Fund Services has appointed Angie Pingel as vice president and legal compliance officer, MutualFundWire reports. In her new role, Pingel will specialize in registered proprietary fund and provide counsel on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related securities laws to clients.
Pingel previously served as assistant vice president and senior counsel at the U.S. Bancorp unit from 2004 to 2007. She has also served as vice president and securities counsel at Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company and secretary of M&I’s Marshall Funds.
