Claymore Dividend & Income Fund (DCS) board of trustees has appointed Guggenheim Partners Asset Management (GPAM) as a new investment sub-adviser. The affiliate of Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors (GFIA) will replace Manning & Napier Advisors.
The fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by utilizing an enhanced equity option strategy developed by GPAM. The board of trustees has also approved a new sub-advisory agreement between the fund, GFIA and GPAM.
