Berkadia Commercial Mortgage will unveil an investment client services division, GlobeSt reports. Stephannie Mower has been appointed to head the group as the national head of investment client services.
Mower has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas Capital Markets and Insignia Financial Group. The platform will have a seven-strong team and will be headquartered in Dallas.
