Golar LNG Partners is planning to raise $303 million in an initial public offering of common units. The natural gas shipping company appointed Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as the joint bookrunning managers of the offering.
Citi and Evercore Partners served as co-structuring agents on behalf of Golar. The offering will comprise the sale of 12 million common units, representing a 30.1% limited partner interest in the partnership. The number may increase to 13.8 million common units if the underwriters exercise in full their over-allotment option.
