SA’s PIC Buys Victoria & Alfred Waterfront

South Africa’s Public Investment Corporation will buy Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

South Africa’s Public Investment Corporation (PIC) will buy Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Financial Times reports. The state-owned investment firm has partnered with South African property company Growthpoint to buy the tourist destination for $708.6 million.

Dubai World and London & Regional Properties sold the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. PIC has around $145 billion in assets under management.
