Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) is seeking to sell the Kingfisher shopping centre for about £150 million, Property Week reports. The property is situated in Redditch, U.K. and is jointly owned by two funds.
SWIP, which paid £211 million for the asset, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Jackson Criss to market the scheme. The property was previously owned by Thornfield Properties.
