The European Energy Exchange (EEX) will open up a new office in London, U.K., at the start of next month, Mondovisione reports. The bourse’s new office will be its first outside Leipzig, Germany. The London office, which will initially be staffed by a team of five employees, will offer better services to its growing customer base in the U.K. EEX offers spot and derivatives products in European power, gas and carbon allowances as well as coal futures products, adds Reuters.
