Delphi Automotive is seeking to raise more than $1 billion through an initial public offering, Bloomberg reports. The supplier of audio systems, modules and components has appointed Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase to lead the IPO.
The auto-parts maker also hired Bank of America, Citigroup, Barclays and Deutsche Bank as underwriters. The IPO, which is planned for the third quarter, may value Delphi at about $10 billion.
