Quartet FS, a specialist provider of business intelligence and analytics technology, has unveiled ActivePivot 4.2 (AP 4.2) that completes complex risk calculations and makes faster decisions, Finextra reports. The company has also launched front-office collaborative application ActivePivot Live 2.3 (AP Live 2.3), which now also includes charts providing a graphical display of data that updates in real-time.
AP is a real-time, in-memory and object-orientated Olap aggregation engine and its latest version 4.2 is faster in acquiring and loading data from the business. It has the capability of storing a limitless amount of data in-memory. AP Live 2.3 features new real-time graphical displays and better sorting and filtering functionality. It lets users define new “on-the-fly” metrics and share these with other users.
