Indian state-run transmission utility Power Grid is seeking to raise $220 million through a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The notes will mature in 2030, with some redemptions from 2016. The coupon rate of the notes will be finalized by the company in a meeting with bankers this week. The offering is likely to start on August 23 and close on August 25.
