RWC Partners may set up a regulated version of its U.K. long/short equity fund Pilgrim, FundWeb reports. The $39.1 million institutional fund is managed by John Innes, who is head of the investment firm’s U.K. equity group and had launched the Pilgrim fund in 2000.
The fund invests in long and short equity positions in the U.K. equities and may have a considerable exposure to global growth prospects. The fund allocates 44.2% to European equities outside the U.K., 10.7% to French equities and 4.8% to U.K. equities.
