Wells Fargo CFO, Howard Atkins is stepping down from his role, The Wall Street Journal reports. He will be replaced internally by administrative chief, Timothy Sloan.
Sloan will head the lender’s financial-management functions, its investment portfolios and corporate properties functions. Atkins joined Wells Fargo in 2001 after having served as CFO of New York Life Insurance.
