Putnam Investments has appointed Shep Perkins as co-head of international equities. The investment firm has also named Aaron Cooper as a director of global equity research. Prior to this, Perkins was a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments and managed the $8.4 billion Fidelity Mid-Cap Stock Fund. Cooper was also a managing director of research at Fidelity.
