Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) has appointed AMP Capital Investors as sub-adviser on its €1 billion Irish Infrastructure Trust, Pensions & Investments reports. The infrastructure trust will make investments in Irish assets including those designated for sale by the Irish government and commercial state enterprises and also in new infrastructure projects in country.
The trust has received €250 million from the €5.3 billion National Pensions Reserve Fund, Dublin, and another €50 million from other ILIM clients. It will look for investments of up to €1 billion from global institutional investors, adds IPE.
