Trading infrastructure and automation solutions provider ION Trading has acquired Wall Street Systems, Finextra reports. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

ION will offer long term ownership stability to Wall Street to increase focus on development of products. Wall Street Systems provides treasury, trading and settlement solutions.
