André van den Heuvel, managing director for institutional business at BlackRock in the Benelux region, has resigned from his current role, IPE reports. Heuvel will be joining ING Investment Management as a board member in May and will be responsible for marketing and sales activities across Europe.
Heuvel, who was responsible for Benelux institutional business organisation and business development at BlackRock, has been replaced by his deputy, Hessel Beijma. Prior to BlackRock, he has also served at F&C, Achmea Global Investors and Robeco.
