BT Investment Management (BTIM) has named Shankar Jegasothy as a quantitative analyst for its income and fixed interest team, Investor Daily reports. In his new role, he will build and manage models to create portable quantitative alpha in fixed income markets.
Jegasothy, who will contribute to the management of BTIM funds, will also be accountable for undertaking quantitative and market risk analysis, database maintenance and reporting. Most recently, he was working with Origin Energy.
