Tristan Capital Partners has garnered more than €300 million at the second close of its European core-plus real estate fund, PropertyEU reports. The Pan-European real estate investment manager has raised the funds for the Curzon Capital Partners III Fund (CCPIII) which was floated seven months ago. At its second closing, CCPIII has obtained investments from seven new institutional participants from Germany, France, the Netherlands and Finland. Four investors from Germany, Finland and the U.K. had put money into the fund earlier. An €500 million equity target has been set for the fund.
