New York-based money management firm IndexIQ is rolling out a small-cap ETF focused on REITs. The IQ U.S. Real Estate Small Cap Index ETF will be issued on the NYSE Arca platform and track the performance of the IQ U.S. Real Estate Small Cap Index.

The new ETF will provide exposure to a wide variety of small-cap REITs, including mortgage REITs, retail REITs and office REITs. IndexIQ’s real assets family of funds includes the IQ Global Resources ETF and the IQ Global Agribusiness Small Cap ETF.
