London-based private equity firm Doughty Hanson has sold the Old George Mall in Salisbury, U.K. for £80 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The shopping centre was sold to a pension fund client of Orchard Street Investment Management.
The property is leased to tenants, including Topshop, Topman, Costa Coffee, Fat Face, Animal, Hotel Chocolat and Boston Tea Party. The global real estate services provider Savills represented Orchard Street in the deal, adds Property Week.
