The Natural Products Foundation (NPF) has added James Prochnow to its board of directors. He will guide and oversee the NPF Truth in Advertising efforts of the foundation, which promotes and facilitates research and education related to natural products. Prochnow will join NPF’s governing body for a three-year term at its annual board meeting. He is a shareholder in the Denver office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig. He also advises companies and individuals on safe and aggressive marketing practices that meet the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act and related norms.
