France’s Icade Buys Four Clinics For €112M

Icade, a Paris-listed real estate investment trust, has purchased four medical clinics from private healthcare operator Médi-partenaires.

Icade, a Paris-listed real estate investment trust, has purchased four medical clinics from private healthcare operator Médi-partenaires, PropertyEU reports. The French property division of long-term investor Caisse des Dépôts paid €112 million for the clinics.

This deal adds to Icade’s July purchase of seven private hospitals from Médi-partenaires for €233 million. Médi-partenaires intends to use the realization from the sale to cut debt and fund future growth.
