The directors of Jupiter Fund Management are raising around £80 million in a sale of their respective shares, Financial Times reports. Executives, including Edward Carter, John Chatfeild-Roberts and Philip Johnson, are disposing a total of 31 million shares.
Chatfeild-Roberts is CIO, while Johnson is chief financial officer at Jupiter. The sole-book-running manager for the sale is JPMorgan. It is also acting as a joint lead manager with Numis Securities on the transaction.
