Aon eSolutions has sued risk management technology provider Riskonnect and three former Aon employees who joined Riskonnect in early June. Stephen Breslin, James Haas and Gina Rothweiler have been accused of misappropriation of confidential information. Aon’s risk management technology unit has alleged that the trio copied and removed, without authorization, Aon computer files containing trade secrets and/or confidential business information for the apparent purpose of using information to solicit business for Riskonnect, adds Business Insurance. Aon has also accused Riskonnect of encouraging the unauthorized activity.
