Level 3 Escrow is seeking to raise $600 million in a sale of additional bonds. The latest offering represents the previous issue of the 8.125% senior notes maturing in 2019. The new securities are due to mature on July 1, 2019.

The company, a unit of Level 3 Communications, originally intended to issue $300 million aggregate principal amount of additional 8.125% notes due 2019. Citigroup, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse were the joint managers for the sale, adds Reuters.
