Orion Capital Managers is in talks with investors holding 50% of the Puerto Venecia shopping and leisure park in Spain for acquisition.

Orion Capital Managers is in talks with investors holding 50% of the Puerto Venecia shopping and leisure park in Spain for acquisition, Bloomberg reports. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The property, whose tenants include Ikea, El Corte Ingles and Primark, is being sold by Spanish builder, Copcisa and private investors. Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage the sale.
