Swiss private bank, Sarasin’s management may acquire majority shareholder, Rabobank’s stake in the company, Financial Times reports. The stake may be sold for about $3.4 billion. The management expects to raise the funding for the management buyout from potential buyers in the Middle East, Asia and Switzerland. Rabobank initially bought a minority stake in Sarasin before acquiring majority control through option agreements written into the original deal.
