TIAA-CREF, a financial services firm, has purchased a class A office building in the Rosslyn submarket of Arlington, Virginia, for $145.5 million.

TIAA-CREF, a financial services firm, has purchased a class A office building in the Rosslyn submarket of Arlington, Virginia, for $145.5 million, GlobeSt reports. The seller Beacon Properties, an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners, had bought the building more than 15 years ago for approximately $103 million.

The seller was represented by Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy Turley on the deal. The property is fully let to federal government, government contractors and a consulting firm.
