U.K.’s largest independent television producer, All3Media, has hired UBS to carry out a strategic review, Financial Times reports. The review is expected to result in a sale of the business that could fetch between £600 million and £750 million.
The company has been in informal talks about a sale in the past year, but none have resulted in a deal. Interested companies include ITV Studios, Time Warner and NBC Universal. All3Media is 50% owned by private equity firm, Permira, while the company’s management owns a further 40%.
