Geithner To Decide Soon On FX Swap Regs

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is expected to decide as early as this week whether fx swaps should be regulated as strictly as other derivatives. The treasury secretary was given authority to make the determination under the Dodd-Frank Act.
