ALPS Fund Services has appointed Michael Gull as vice president of business development. He will be in charge of growing the hedge fund administration business of ALPS on the East Coast. Gull is joining ALPS from INFONIC, where he was head of U.S. sales. Prior to this, he was associated with Citigroup and Bear Stearns.
