The Retirement Policy Council of the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has appointed Ruston Smith as Chairman. Smith is presently serving at Tesco as group pensions and insurable risk director for managing the group’s schemes. He will succeed outgoing Chairman Joy Moore, whose term ends on October 21. Smith has previously also worked with PZ Cussons as a director and company secretary.
