Investment management firm, City Asset Management, has unveiled a range of five risk-rated model portfolios, Money Marketing reports. The cautious fund will focus on a real return over a five year rolling period of CPI+2, while the balanced portfolio targets CPI+4 over the same rolling period.The income portfolio will outperform the APCIMS income index and the growth fund will look to outperform the APCIMs growth index. The aggressive fund will concentrate on a return in excess of the FTSE world index. The funds will be actively managed by the discretionary manager on a multi-asset basis and will be offered across several platforms.
